Chamber Music Dolomiti returns to the Lucia De Conz Foundation in July for the 6th edition of an extraordinary music camp that unites musicians, both professional and promising, from all over the world.
For three weeks from July 1 to 23, talented young students from the United States, Canada, China, Japan and Italy will study under the direction of professional, world-renowned musicians. This international team of teachers (United States, Germany, Hungary, Croatia, France, China, Japan, Italy and England) will travel to San Gregorio nelle Alpi, Italy to provide individual tutoring and coaching to the students studying the violin, viola, cello and piano as well as lead group music lessons.
The Foundation is honored to continue this nine-year collaboration with the program’s director Yen Yu and host her festival of music. As Yen reminds us, “music is the most perfect language and chamber music represents the essence of fine music.”
Our classrooms and grounds will be filled with the notes of violas, cellos, violins and pianos, and the public is invited to five concerts offered by both the teachers and participants.
All performances will be held in the new Pizzocco hall of the Casa Coste building:
- Sunday, July 2 8.30 pm – Ning Feng
- Thursday, July 6 8.30 pm – professors
- Sunday, July 9 5.00 pm – students
- Thursday, July 13 8.30 pm – professors
- Friday, July 21 5.00 pm – students
