The Lucia De Conz Foundation is a perfect holiday home for groups of travellers.
More and more groups of students, colleagues, artists, friends and families are choosing to rent an entire structure in order to stay together. The staff of the Foundation knows that common spaces and shared experiences are precious ingredients of successful trips, and we have designed common areas that allow guests to chat, eat and relax together.
GROUP RATES
Accommodation:
- 10+ people, meals not included, for one bed in any of the available rooms. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
- Villa Lucia: € 55
- Casa Coste: € 30
Meals:
- breakfast included
- lunch/dinner for guests € 15 – € 25 (depends on menu choice and number of people)
Free cancellation up to three weeks before the arrival date.
Tourist tax: € 0.50 /day, non included in daily rate
