Under the guidance of seasoned professionals from the United States, participants will explore the rich tapestry of the American musical theatre tradition through a comprehensive curriculum including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acting and improvisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic musicianship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Musical score analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Character development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stage diction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acting through song<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individual and group singing voice instruction<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Saturday and Sunday, May 18 &amp; 19 &#8211; 10 am to 5 pm<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 places available for Italian students (18 to 24 years old)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Fee<\/strong><\/em>:140\u20ac,  no audition required, lunch non included in cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overnight accommodation with breakfast is available at the Fondazione upon request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration<\/strong>: <a href=\"mailto:info@fondazionelucia.com\">info@fondazionelucia.com<\/a> by<strong> May 5, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About the Instructors:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dr. Helen Tintes<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>Schuermann<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Singer-actor Helen Tintes-Schuermann enjoys a career that encompasses opera, oratorio, concert and musical theater.&nbsp;As a concert artist, Tintes has appeared as soloist at numerous European festivals and with orchestras, fine arts series and universities throughout the USA.&nbsp;Tintes has taught at important universities and conservatories and continues to perform and give masterclasses regularly in the USA, Europe and China. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nuria Camino<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuria Camino is a renowned soloist, collaborative pianist and pit orchestra musician based in Miami, Florida. Since 2016, she has been piano faculty at Florida International University\u2019s Wertheim School of Music, where she teaches class piano 1-4, applied lessons and is the dedicated pianist for the Musical Theatre Program.
